Incorrect items:

If you received a different puzzle from the one you ordered, please do not open the shrink wrap. Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item you received.

For any of the above situations, we will cover the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Options include:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement of the same puzzle (if still in stock)
  • A credit toward a different puzzle of equal value

We may request photographs of the damage or defect to help us improve our quality checks. You will never be asked to return a defective puzzle at your own cost.


3. Items that cannot be returned

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Puzzles with broken shrink wrap (opened boxes) – unless the opening was required to discover a manufacturing defect, and you notified us before opening.
  • Puzzles returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Puzzles that have been glued, framed, painted, or altered in any way.
  • Any item purchased from a third-party seller or reseller – this policy applies only to purchases made directly on funofpuzzles.com.
  • Final sale or clearance items – if a product is marked “final sale” on its product page, it cannot be returned.
